"Managers are terrible an not knowledgable of work. Working conditions are horrible. Very outdated equipment. The company doesn't follow the safety rules or the contract. Union doesnt help much unless it makes them look good. Too hot in the sumner an too cold in the winter. No personal or sick days. Cons: Poor management, machines constantly broke down, ."

Roll press (Former Employee) says

"Supervisors and management are an absolute joke. Lots of politics going on. If you're not one of the "teacher's pets" then you'll be given one of the most unwanted jobs in the plant. The union is another joke, only a very bad joke. They are useless if you need any help. Unless, of course, you're part of their inner circle. Along with management, they all need to be replaced with people who have actual brains. Save yourself a lot of time and misery and just avoid working there at all costs! Cons: Everyone involved running the place. And only one 20 minute break."

"Very dirty place to work, in winter there is no heat so you be working on the cold area, Very dangerous to work there, lots of OT. Groups are form so you be lucky to be included. Cons: dirty bathroom"
