The company doesn't follow the safety rules or the contract. Union doesnt help much unless it makes them look good. Too hot in the sumner an too cold in the winter. No personal or sick days. Premium Technician (Former Employee) says"Very sexist atmosphere for this woman engineer. I found it a very hostile and patriarchal system of management. Not at all allowing for continuous improvement."
Roll press (Former Employee) says"Supervisors and management are an absolute joke. Lots of politics going on. If you're not one of the "teacher's pets" then you'll be given one of the most unwanted jobs in the plant. The union is another joke, only a very bad joke. They are useless if you need any help. Unless, of course, you're part of their inner circle. Along with management, they all need to be replaced with people who have actual brains. Save yourself a lot of time and misery and just avoid working there at all costs! Cons: Everyone involved running the place. And only one 20 minute break."
